Propertysheet and jtable with groups - the missing swingx

Two components I find lacking in Java are property sheet/property tables and JTable's with expandable groups.

Has there been any development on the JXPropertySheet component that was discussed several times over the last couple of years?  Are there any alternatives besides L2FProd and Jide?  I really like Jide's propertypane - I just wish it was available to purchase by itself at a slightly cheaper price.

I'm not sure if there was any mention of a JTable with expandable groups - but an example would be the above property sheet or something like Glazed Lists' web start demo:

Is there a lack of interest in these components?  I consider these as important as JXTreeTable for desktop java development.
